Allen, ISBN 0-9709364-3-5, for refund must be digitally transferred to and sent in readable form on a Zip Drive diskette: 100 Series for the Macintosh, at the Purchaser's expense, accompanied by the pertinent credit card proof of purchase billing statement information, and addressed to:

Havana St. #11, Aurora, Colorado, 80012.  No other method of digital book product return for refund will be acceptable either by E-Digital Books, LLC., or by any of the Authors whose literary works the Publisher makes available to the public.  Neither the Author or the Publisher, E-Digital Books, LLC., will be responsible for, or under any obligation to return the zip drive diskette to the Purchaser during or at any time after the refund process has been completed.
